Credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD): name and surname of the cardholder, number and expiration date of the credit card are required. The credit card expiration date has to precede by no less than a month the arrival date. Once the validity of the credit card has been verified, there will be no charge, but our guests will personally make the payment upon departure. If the submitted credit card data are incorrect, the booking will be automatically cancelled. Bank draft: You will require a deposit equal to the price of the total amount. Cancellation and/or variation will be accepted via fax or e-mail advising directly our booking desk at least seven days prior to the arrival date (reference 12.00 p.m. of arrival date). Failure to do so will be charge completely the total booking. Nothing will be charged on the credit card, and the bank draft will be reimbursed, if cancellation terms are respected.
